To create a charitable and financial organizational structure for the over-arching goal of doing good. We aim to teach, educate, and provide high school/college students and graduates with a mechanism to create and implement programs in their communities that take selfless action in “serving the greater good."
With a desire to lead by example in our communities, and to encourage others to "serve the greater good," our Foundation's vision to "do good" is motivated and deeply influenced by:
1. Adherence to the leadership mantra - "Deeds. Not Words." - with all programs we design and implement; and,
2. Modeling our actions in accordance with the inspiring words of:
a. St. Clare of Assisi (right): "May the love you have in your heart be shown outwardly in your deeds.";
b. Songwriter Garth Brooks: "Life is not tried, it is merely survived if you stand outside the fire.....I can't abide standing outside the fire.";
c. Pope Francis: "In a world damaged by the 'virus' of indifference, the works of mercy are the best antidote.";
d. Pro Football Hall of Fame Coach Vince Lombardi: "After all the cheers have died down...the enduring thing that is left is the dedication to doing with our lives the very best we can to make the world a better place to live."; and,
e. Songwriter Jason Mraz: "Always lead from the beating in your chest."
